DEMONN RUMM DEMONN RUMM is from the annexed Jamaican Island and is now living in METROCITY. He arrived two centuries after the isolation as North America eventually allowed the Carribbean Island nations to join the new union. He is a gangster who is very powerful (due to enchanced medical techniques) and swings a mean chain. DEMONN RUMM has an emerging power in his body due to the many years of radiation passing through his grandparents after the Panama detonation. He believes the power will kill him eventually. His power becomes addictive and makes him more dangerous as time passes and he feels his powers are becoming counter productive. The drug he is looking for may be the answer to his problems. Apparently C.C. COMPENSATION knows where the drug is and possibly it is being held by MILOS ZEK. These facts put him at odds with these two characters which of course draws in other characters such as the deadly INKSPOT.
